The memory boxes are designed to accommodate a wide range of small-sized items, so you can safely and securely store your most treasured tokens, such as photographs, letters, small trinkets, and other keepsakes within the box.
While larger items may not be suitable for our standard memory box dimensions, we have curated our collection to specifically cater to the demands of personalized boxes that are perfect for smaller, delicate, and meaningful items. We are located in the Philippines and offer nationwide shipping, which means we can deliver to all major cities and provinces.

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines but we’re working on offering international shipping very soon. In the meantime, you may opt to join our mailing list to be the first to know when we’re available in your area.

Due to the custom nature of our Memobox, the estimated processing time is 1-3 business days for simple designs and 3-5 business days for complex designs.

Enjoy free shipping on orders of ₱3,000 and above. This offer is only valid for standard shipping within the Philippines. Otherwise, standard and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

For orders within Metro Manila, standard delivery takes 1-3 days. For orders outside Metro Manila, delivery typically takes 3-5 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your order on the courier’s website.

We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we operate under a no-refund policy. However, in the event that your memory box arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us by email at hello@memobox.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos/video for documentation.
