Processing times may range from 1-3 business days for simple designs and 3-5 business days for more complex designs.

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your memory box reaches you safely and promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on current conditions such as weather or courier delays.

  • Metro Manila and Luzon: Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Visayas and Mindanao: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • International: Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.

While we strive to meet these delivery windows, unforeseen factors may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed of any updates should there be any changes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order value. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your memory box is on its way, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. You can easily track your order’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep. Our primary carriers for the Philippines are J&T and Ninjavan.

International Shipping

Memobox proudly serves customers worldwide. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete delivery information during checkout to prevent delays or delivery issues. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
