Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement if there is a defect. Please note that a video recording of the unopened item is required as proof before opening it to be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or request a replacement, contact us at hello@memobox.shop. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund or replacement. Video proof of the unopened item is required for any claim.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund or replacement is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded or sent a replacement within 10 business days.
